The Sales Associate Keyholder Provides a great in-store shopping experience for customers and executes opening and closing procedures.

To support EXECUTION, the Sales Associate Keyholder:

	<li>Performs opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system</li>
	<li>Performs overrides at checkout as needed</li>
	<li>Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers</li>
	<li>Follows company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all our associates and customers</li>
	<li>Assists with product launch changes according to the company SOP</li>
</ul>

To support CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, the Sales Associate Keyholder:

<ul>
	<li>Delivers on all aspects of the customer experience model</li>
	<li>Processes transactions quickly and accurately, reducing the customer’s wait time</li>
	<li>Positively resolves customer service-related issues as they arise and determines a resolution or escalates further, communicating all issues and resolutions to Store Management</li>
	<li>Drives credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate</li>

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing a great in-store shopping experience for customers. The Sales Associate assists with additional tasks including, but not limited to, stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

Flawless Execution

	<li>Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.</li>
	<li>Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all our associates and customers.</li>
	<li>Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.</li>

<ul>
	<li>Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.</li>
	<li>Process transactions quickly and accurately reducing the customers wait time.</li>

Essential Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Education: High School or Equivalent</li>
	<li>Years of Experience: 0-2 of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months</li>
	<li>Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)</li>
	<li>Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours</li>
	<li>Meets physical requirements</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications (skills and abilities)

<ul>
	<li>Previous retail experience preferred</li>
	<li>Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers</li>
	<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates</li>
	<li>Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team</li>

Responsibilities:

The Sales Leader drives operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while assisting in training associates and delivering a great in-store shopping experiences for customers.

 
Talent – Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential

	<li>Provide in the moment coaching/training to store associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and execution of standards.</li>
	<li>Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.</li>
	<li>Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.</li>
</ul>

 
Execution – Execute action plans that optimize results

<ul>
	<li>Execute all aspects of daily store operations.</li>
	<li>Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience.</li>
	<li>Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.</li>
	<li>Assist with merchandise flow, such as shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations, in the store.</li>
	<li>Monitor and analyzes the customer service provided by team members.</li>
	<li>Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place at the right time.</li>
</ul>

 
Experience – Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences.

	<li>Effectively resolves customer service issues to a positive outcome.</li>
	<li>Lead and models our customer experience model.</li>
	<li>Display expert knowledge of product, company policies, promotions, loyalty programs.</li>
	<li>Provide leadership and assistance with product launches, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.</li>
