Key Responsibilities:
- JOB OBJECTIVE:
To be a part of store environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit, promotes the J. Jill brand and provides superior guest service. Partners with the store team to ensure that they meet the sales performance targets focusing on guest service and visual merchandising standards.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Generation
Responsible for achieving results as defined by the home office in the following key areas:
• Sales Volume
• Guest Service
• Service Shops
• In Store Events
• Take 5 Loyalty Program
• ADS/UPT
Guest Service
• Makes each guest a “Raving Fan” and motivates our guest to return to the store.
• Inspires a shared vision and “Models The Way” in all areas of the ART of Service.
Visual Merchandising
• Achieves excellence in execution through consistency in Visual Merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Achieves consistent operational excellence in all company standards, directives and initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Strives to maintain a continually high standard of guest satisfaction, through the ART of Selling.
• Maintains good relationship with peers and guests.
• Has the ability to handle a variety of people, tasks, or projects simultaneously.
• Adapts to changes easily with a minimum amount of resistance.
• Committed to fulfilling job requirements.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Excellent communication, merchandising and organizational skills
• Previous work experience in a retail environment, specialty retail experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
