This all-ages family fun show features great music, dancing, audience participation, sing-alongs, contests, and all of the excitement of a "beach blanket bingo" down in the sand!

Camp Arbor is a free, fun and educational weekly morning camp for children ages 3-10.  All events will be held in Arbor Park, unless otherwise noted. Registration will take place from 10:00-10:30am on the day of the events. The Maple Grove Arts Council is pleased to announce the 2nd annual  KidStock- an interactive, creative event bringing the arts alive for children of all ages!

In addition to the scheduled events, there will be free face painting,  sidewalk art, food vendors, and more!

The Maple Grove Arts Council, a non-profit organization founded in 1998, serves to enhance the fast growing community with all art disciplines through awareness, appreciation, and participation of the arts.  The Council promotes the community's unique art culture through events such as their annual art fair (September 20-21, 2008) and the growing student art show.  Their goal is to bring Maple Grove a Center for the Arts in the next five to ten years.  Please visit www.maplegroveartscouncil.org for more information.

Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery will be on-site teaching the children how to pot a plant and to care for it when they get it home.

The 3rd week of Summer Faire features Backtrack performing in Arbor Park from 6-8pm.  Backtrack will present an eclectic mix of music from the 70's, 80's, and 90's! There's something for everyone's musical taste.

Boyd Lee and Joe Cruz are Minnesota acoustic icons.  They will be performing during the 4th week of Summer Faire in Arbor Park from 6-8 pm.  An acoustic guitar, mandolin and two-part vocals create a musical mix of folk, pop, jazz, rock and bluegrass.  www.boydleeandjoecruz.com.

In honor of National Night Out, the Maple Grove Fire and Police Departments will be conducting an informative program designed to teach young children pertinent safety information.

Aimee Fischer is a Twin Cities performer whose voice evokes emotion from the listener whether she is performing country, blues, rock, or jazz.  She will be performing with The Snazzy Band from 6-8 p.m.

Decorate a California Pizza Kitchen pizza box in Arbor Park.  The winner will be displayed in the restaurant.  The event will also include a Pizza Party!

The Summer Faire concert series will wrap up with a performance by Belladiva, the Twin Cities' hottest show band, from 6-8 p.m.  They will be covering a wide variety of music including pop, R&B, disco, rock, country, and jazz.

80+ artists will be showing and selling visual arts including painting, sculptures, ceramics, jewlery, photography, and woodworking throughout The Shoppes.  The event will also feature food vendors, free activities for children, musical entertainment, and demonstrations.
